As you all are probably aware, Dr. Bonnie Henry has extended our current shut down until midnight January 8, 2021. On account of this, we will be postponing our in-person services until this date. You can still watch our online services which are posted every Sunday on YouTube and on Facebook. We would encourage you to follow the best practices as laid out in the public health order. We also want to encourage our members to continue to bear up under these circumstances with patience and with love. We will continue to represent the love of Christ to our friends and neighbors through our presence on social media or elsewhere. This is a challenging Christmas season for many, but God is able to continue to do a good work in our lives even now. I will be sending out daily Advent reflections which will help us to navigate the days ahead and engage in this season of waiting. If you’re interested, you can subscribe here.
We will continue to serve the community through the food bank, which remains open every Tuesday and Thursday from 10 am – 11 am. We will be delivering Christmas meals to our beloved food bank clients on December 17th. If you would like to be a part of driving and delivering these meals, please let us know and we will happily plug you in.
